Midlife, menopause, and
the layer that brought me back.
I've spent years helping people regulate their nervous systems, clean up their nutrition, move their bodies, and address root causes through functional medicine. I know what the body needs. I've lived it and taught it.
Then menopause arrived. And it didn't ask permission.
I was training five days a week, eating whole foods, doing the somatic work I teach. From the outside it looked like I should have felt amazing. But something had shifted. Inflammation and weight up. Sleep got messy. Energy just wasn't there the way it had been — and no amount of doing the right things seemed to move the needle the way it used to.
So I started looking for the next layer. I had been quietly researching peptides for over a year.
